thunder road marathon day!!! as is our tradition, we made an early morning outing for doughnuts and prepared to cheer on the marathoners.

cheering on the runners with our rattles and jingle bells...

we attended a neighborhood block party and max was enthralled by the band.

max plays the "drum." he did this for about 20 minutes!
